[摘要]目的：探讨微信式延续性护理在急诊面部外伤患者院外护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2017年9月-2018年2月于笔
者科室行整形美容清创缝合术的急诊面部外伤患者240例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各120例。对照组术后给予常
规护理，观察组术后通过微信沟通，给予延续性护理，随访半年，对比两组患者术后并发症、瘢痕防治依从性、患者满
意度的指标。结果：观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，瘢痕防治依从性及患者满意度高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义
（P ＜0.05）。结论：微信式延续性护理用于急诊面部外伤患者的院外护理中，有利于减少并发症的发生，提高瘢痕防治
依从性及满意度，值得临床推广。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing in emergency patients with facial trauma during out-hospital
nursing. Methods From September 2017 to February 2018, 240 patients with emergency facial trauma who underwent
debridement and suturing in our department were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n =120) and observation
group (n =120). The control group was given routine nursing after operation, while the observation group received continuous
nursing through wechat platform after operation. All the patients were followed up for half a year. The rates of postoperative
complications, scar prevention compliance and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The
complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the compliance of scar prevention
and treatment and patient satisfaction were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P ＜0.05).
Conclusion The application of continuous nursing in emergency patients with facial trauma during out-hospital nursing was
beneficial to decreasing the rate of complications, improving the compliance of scar prevention and treatment and patient
satisfaction. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
