摘要:
目的：分析延续性护理对手烧伤患者修复术后手部功能及康复质量的影响。方法：选择笔者医院2019年1月-2021年 5月收治的80例手烧伤患者作为研究对象，依据不同护理方法均分为两组，对照组40例患者进行常规护理干预，观察组40 例患者在此基础上采取延续性护理干预。比较两组手部活动度、手部功能评分及满意度。结果：干预后，两组腕关节背伸 活动度、食指与拇指对捏次数、简明烧伤健康量表（Burn specific health scale-brief，BSHS-A）评分、日常生活活动 能力Barthel指数（Barthel index，BI）评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表（Fugl-Meyer assessment，FMA）评分均 明显升高，且观察组显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者满意度（95.00%）显著高于对照组 （80.00%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：延续性护理干预可以保证患者手部活动能力恢复，改善患者康复质 量，提高患者满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the eff ect of continuous nursing on hand function and rehabilitation quality of postoperative hand burn patients after repair. Methods Eighty patients with hand burns admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups according to diff erent nursing methods. The control group (40 patients) underwent routine nursing intervention. On this basis, 40 patients in the observation group weretreated with continuous nursing intervention. Hand activity, hand function score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, wrist dorsifl exion activity, index fi nger and thumb pinching times, BSHS-A score, BI score and FMA score of the two groups were signifi cantly increased, and the observation group were signifi cantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The satisfaction of patients in the observation group (95.00%) was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group (80.00%, P＜0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention can ensure the patients’ hand mobility and recovery degree, improve the quality of patient recovery, and increase patient satisfaction.
