[摘要]目的：分析超脉冲CO2点阵激光结合心理弹性支持护理对烧伤瘢痕修复的作用，为烧伤后患者瘢痕修复及护理提供临
床指导。方法：将笔者医院2017年1月-2018年1月收治的600例烧伤瘢痕修复患者作为研究对象。按随机数表法，分为对
照组（300例）和观察者（300例）。对照组给予超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗，观察组在对照组基础上，结合心理弹性支持护
理。治疗3个月，观察两组患者瘢痕修复疗效、温哥华瘢痕量表评分（VSS）、视觉模拟疼痛评分（VAS）、瘢痕权重评分
（ECCA）、护理满意度及不良反应。结果：观察组美容修复总有效率（95.7%）明显高于对照组（81.0%），差异有统计
学意义（P ＜0.05）。护理前，两组患者VSS、VAS及ECCA评分无显著性差异（P ＞0.05）；护理后，两组患者上述指标评
分明显降低，且观察组显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组总满意率（88.3%）明显高于对照组
（70.0%），差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组的总不良反应率（4.7%）显著低于对照组（21.4%），差异有统计学
意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：超脉冲CO2点阵激光结合心理弹性支持护理对烧伤瘢痕美容修复效果显著，可明显降低患者疼痛，
改善瘢痕形态、色泽及柔软度，提高美观度，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study effect in patients with burn scar repair by ultra pulsed CO2 dot laser combined with resilience
support nursing. Methods 600 cases of patients were divided into the observation group (300 cases) and the control group
(300 cases) from January 2017 to January 2018. The control group was given ultra pulsed CO2 dot laser while the observation
group was received ultra pulsed CO2 dot laser combined with resilience support nursing. The differences of therapeutic effect,
Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS), Visual Analogue (VAS) score, Scar weight score (ECCA), nursing satisfaction and adverse
reaction of two groups were observed after treatment. Results The total efficiency (95.7%) of the observation group was
significantly rather than the control group (81.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). VSS, VAS and ECCA
scores of two groups were not statistically significant (P ＞0.05) before treatment. Above indicators scores of the observation
group were significantly lower than the control group, the differences of two groups was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Total
satisfaction rate (88.3%) of the observation group was significantly rather than the control group (70.0%), the differences of two
groups was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Adverse reaction rates (4.7%) of the observation group were statistically lower
rather the control group (21.4%), he differences of two groups was statistically significant (P ＜0.05)). Conclusion Cosmetic
effect of burn scar was remarkable by ultra-pulse CO2 lattice laser combined with psychological elasticity support nursing
which could significantly reduced pain, improved scared shape, improves beauty, color and softness, improved aesthetics and
was worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
