摘要:

[摘要]目的:探讨氦氖激光、补肾疏肝化瘀方联合川芎嗪静滴对黄褐斑患者血液流变学的影响,并分析其疗效。方法:选
取2015年9月-2017年12月笔者科室就诊的147例女性黄褐斑患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组。对
照组:68例,采用氦氖激光联合川芎嗪注射液静滴治疗;研究组:79例,给予氦氖激光、补肾疏肝化瘀方联合川芎嗪注射
液静滴治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后血浆黏度、全血黏度(高切)、全血黏度(低切)等血液流变学指标及临床疗效。
结果:治疗前,两组患者血浆黏度、全血黏度(高切)、全血黏度(低切)等指标对比均无统计学差异(P >0.05),
治疗后,研究组血浆黏度、高切、低切等指标均明显低于对照组,两组治疗后血液流变学指标均明显低于治疗前,且均
有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对照组总有效率为57.35%,研究组81.01%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异,具有统计学意义
(χ2=3.991,P <0.05)。结论:黄褐斑患者采用氦氖激光血管内照射、川芎嗪注射液联合补肾疏肝方治疗可改善血液流变
学指标,提高临床治疗效果,可临床推广应用。
Abstract:

Abstract: Objective Research the hemorheology and sex hormone of He-Ne laser , Bushenshuganhuayu Prescription combined
with ligustrazine in the treatment of patients with chlosma. Methods Select 147 chlosma female patients between September
2015 and December 2017 of our hospital, divided them into two groups called control group and research group randomly,the
control group was taken He-Ne laser combined wtih ligustrazine,while research group was combined with Bushenshuganhuayu
prescription,compared the hemorheology indexes such as plasma viscosity,high blood viscosity,low blood viscosity,and so on,
and clinical efficacy of two groups. Results The hemorheology indexes such as plasma viscosity,high blood viscosity,low blood
viscosity of two groups before treatment had no statistical difference(P >0.05),the plasma viscosity, high blood viscosity,low
blood viscosity of research group after treatment were much lower than control group,the plasma viscosity,high blood
viscosity,low blood viscosity of two groups after treatment were all much lower than pre-treatment respectively(P <0.05). The
total effective rate was 57.35% in the control group and 81.01% in the research group,the effective rate of research group was
much higher than control group,and had statistical difference(χ2=3.991,P <0.05). Conclusion Using He-Ne laser intravascular
laser, ligustrazine injection combined with Bushenshugan prescription in patients with chloasma can improve the hemorheology
and the treatment effect,worthy of clinical promotion.
