[摘要]目的：探索早期运用整形外科技术治疗急诊患者面部外伤的效果。方法：随访观察2015年9月-2017年1月在笔者医院
美容整形科运用整形美容技术进行治疗的面部皮肤外伤患者共223例，收集到2016年8月-2016年11月就诊于笔者医院急诊
科运用普通外科缝合技术进行治疗的面部外伤患者共48例，治疗后调查医生和患者对于急诊科和美容整形科治疗效果的满
意度，并参考温哥华瘢痕量表对愈合后的瘢痕进行评分，行统计分析。结果：所有患者随访3～6个月，就诊于美容整形科
的223例患者中，除15例失访外，经专业医师对愈合后效果进行专业评价，96.15%的患者术后愈合良好，患者根据主观感
受进行评价满意度达90.87%。急诊科就诊的48例患者中，除3例失访外，专业医师对愈合后效果进行专业评价，64.44%的
患者术后愈合良好，患者根据主观感受进行评价满意度达51.11%。根据温哥华瘢痕量表，就诊于整形美容科的患者评分为
（5.20±2.55）分，急诊科患者评分为（6.62±1.48）分，组间比较差异有统计学意义（t =4.201，P ＜0.01）。结论：面部
外伤后需综合治疗，对面部外伤进行早期美容整形修复的效果优于急诊科普通全层缝合，医、患满意度较高，值得推广。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of early application of plastic surgery in the treatment of emergency patients
with facial trauma. Methods Follow-up observation of 223 patients with facial skin trauma treated by plastic and cosmetic
techniques in the department of cosmetology and plastic surgery of our hospital from September 2015 to January 2017. A total
of 48 patients with facial trauma treated by general surgical suture technique in emergency department of our hospital from
August 2016 to November 2016 were collected. After treatment, the satisfaction of doctors and patients with the treatment
effect of emergency department and cosmetology and plastic surgery department was investigated, and the healed scars were
scored by Vancouver Scar Scale and analyzed statistically. Results All 223 patients who were treated in the cosmetic plastic
department, except 15 patients losing further contact, were followed up for 3-6 months. Under the professional evaluation of
the healing effect by the professional doctors, 96.15% patients had a good recovery and the satisfaction rate of patients reached
90.87% based on their subjective feelings. In addition to 3 cases of losing further contacts, 48 patients treated in the emergency
department before were followed up.The results from professional doctors’ evaluation showed that 64.44% of the patients
had good healing after operation, and 51.11% of the patients were satisfied with the evaluation according to their subjective
feelings. According to Vancouver Scar Scale, the score of patients in plastic and cosmetic department was (5.20±2.55) and that
of patients in emergency department was (6.62±1.48), there was significant difference between the two groups(t =4.201,P ＜0.01).
Conclusion Comprehensive treatment is needed after facial trauma. The effect of early cosmetic and plastic repair on facial
trauma is better than that of emergency department general full-stitch suture, which wins higher satisfaction of both surgeons
and patients. Therefore, it is a method worthy of promotion.
