[摘要]目的：探讨急危重口腔颌面部多间隙感染患者围手术期护理安全及优质护理措施。方法：回顾性分析127例急危重口
腔颌面部多间隙感染患者围手术期优质护理措施，包括生命体征监测、急救准备、手术切口护理、口腔护理、糖尿病护理、
院感控制、营养支持、心理护理及健康教育。结果：经治疗与护理后所有患者均治愈，无严重并发症发生，手术切口二期愈
合，治愈率达100%，平均住院时间为18.3d，治疗效果满意。结论：全面细致的围手术期专科优质护理是急危重口腔颌面部
多间隙感染患者安全管理的重要环节，可减少并发症发生，加快康复，提高治疗效果。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing safety and nursing measures of acute and critical oral and
maxillofacial multiple space infections. Methods The perioperative high quality nursing measures of 127 cases with acute
and critical oral and maxillofacial multiple space infections were analyzed retrospectively, included monitoring of vital signs,
emergencytreatment preparation, incision nursing, oral nursing, nursing diabetes,hospital infection control, nutritional support,
psychological nursing and health education. Results All patients were cured after treatment and nursing, without several
complications,the curative rate was 100%, the average hospital stay was 18.3d. All the patients were satisfied with the efficacy.
Conclusion The entirely meticulous perioperative special nursing measures is an important link in the safety management of
the patients with acute and critical oral and maxillofacial multiple space infections, which can reduce the complication, speed
up recovery and improve the effecacy.
