[摘要]目的：探讨自体脂肪移植在鼻唇沟填充中的临床效果及对生活质量评分(Quality of life，QOL)、美观度的影响。方
法：以笔者医院2017年6月-2018年6月收治的80例行鼻唇沟填充的就医者为研究对象，根据填充材料不同将其分为两组，对
照组（40例）予以透明质酸填充，实验组（40例）予以自体脂肪填充，对比两组临床效果及QOL、美观度。结果：实验组不
良事件发生率2.50%低于对照组的17.50%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。治疗后，两组鼻唇沟褶皱程度与形态均改善，
QOL评分均上升，且实验组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：自体脂肪移植应用于鼻唇沟填充不良反应
少，可有效改善就医者鼻唇沟褶皱与形态，进而提升其生活质量。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of autologous fat transplantation in nasolabial fold filling and its influence on
the QOL and aesthetics. Methods 80 patients with nasolabial folds admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were
enrolled. Based on the difference in filling materials, 80 patients were divided into the two groups. The control group (40 cases)
was filled with hyaluronic acid, and the experimental group (40 cases) was filled with autologous fat. The clinical effects, QOL
and aesthetics of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 2.50%
lower than that in the control group (17.50%), the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05). After treatment, the degree
and shape of nasolabial folds in both groups were improved, QOL scores were increased, and the experimental group was better
than the control group(P ＜0.05). Conclusion Autologous fat transplantation in the patients with nasolabial fold filling has fewer
adverse events, can effectively improve the folds and morphology of nasolabial groove, as well as improve their quality of life.
