[摘要]目的：探讨保留表皮瘢痕剥离术治疗耳部瘢痕疙瘩的临床疗效。方法：选取笔者科室2016年1月-2017年10月收治的94
例耳部瘢痕疙瘩患者（病灶97处）作为此次研究对象，采用保留表皮的瘢痕剥离术治疗，术后随访1年以上。结果：本组94
处瘢痕疙瘩瘙痒等自觉症状消失，瘢痕完全变平软，肤色正常且外观满意，随访1年以上无复发；2处瘢痕疙瘩术后出现增厚
变硬；1处随访丢失。结论：保留表皮瘢痕剥离术对于各种原因引起的耳部瘢痕疙瘩疗效确切，而且相对简单易操作，患者
依从性和满意度都较高，值得临床推广。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of preservation of epidermal scar stripping in the treatment of keloids
in the ear. Methods A total of 94 patients with ear keloids and 97 lesions were enrolled in our department from January
2016 to October 2017. The patients were treated with scar-removal of the epidermis and followed up for more than one year.
Results Among them, 94 lesions such as itching disappeared, the scar was completely soft, the skin color was normal and
the appearance was satisfactory. There was no recurrence after more than one year of follow-up, and the two lesions showed
thickening and hardening after operation. One patient with keloid was lost in follow-up. Conclusion Preservation of epidermal
scar stripping is effective for ear keloid caused by various reasons, it is relatively simple and easy to operate. The patients’
compliance and satisfaction are high. And it is worthy of clinical promotion.
