摘要:: [摘要]瘢痕性下睑外翻是整形外科的常见疾病，可引起患者的多种眼部不适甚至视力受损，应当得到及时彻底的矫正。瘢痕
组织对下睑睑板的牵拉是瘢痕性下睑外翻的解剖学基础，另外，前板组织的不足、下睑水平方向组织的冗余以及支持结构的
松弛均可加重瘢痕性下睑外翻的症状。治疗瘢痕性下睑外翻时，应当从上述病因入手，全面矫正才能取得较好的效果。本文
将从非手术及手术治疗两方面对瘢痕性下睑外翻近年来的治疗进展进行综述。

Abstract:: Abstract: Cicatricial ectropion of the lower eyelid is a common disease in plastic surgery, which can cause a variety of
eye discomfort or even visual impairment in patients. The disease should be timely and thoroughly corrected in case of the
serious complications it may lead to. The traction of scar tissue on the tarsus is the main etiologic factor of ectropion. In
addition, the anterior lamella shortening, horizontal lid laxity and the relaxation of supporting structures can aggravate the
symptoms. Therefore, the complete treatment of cicatricial ectropion cannot be achieved unless all the causes mentioned are
corrected. This article reviews the recent progress in the treatment of cicatricial ectropion of the lower eyelid, both in nonoperation
and surgery field.
