[摘要]目的：探讨微剂量利多卡因局部浸润麻醉在切开法重睑成形术中的应用效果。方法：对61例行切开法重睑术的就医者
临床资料进行研究分析，术中采用微剂量（利多卡因注射液双侧总计0.2～0.4ml）麻醉药物对上睑进行局部浸润麻醉。观察
手术过程中的麻醉效果，术中操作时对比双侧效果和术后即刻肿胀效果。结果：微剂量麻醉一般均能耐受手术至结束，未出
现因疼痛无法耐受手术；在手术过程中观察双侧对比效果时，微剂量浸润麻醉更方便观察，术中不受肿胀影响，术后即刻效
果满意。结论：微剂量利多卡因注射液在切开法重睑术中可以达到满意的麻醉效果，术中水肿轻，方便两侧对比。术后肿胀
程度极小，术后即刻效果显得更自然，更容易被就医者接受，值得在重睑成形术中推广应用。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To investigate the application of micro-dose lidocaine local infiltration anesthesia in blepharoplasty.
Methods 61 cases of open double-lid blepharoplasty surgery were enrolled and analyzed, which local infiltration anesthesia
was performed on the upper eyelid with micro-dose anesthetic (0.2-0.4ml of lidocaine injection on both sides in total). The
anesthetic effect, the effect of both sides during the operation and the immediate swelling after the operation were observed and
valued. Results The micro-dose anesthetics could meet the requirements of the operation, and the patients were generally able
to endure till the end of the operation. In the observation of bilaterally contrast during the operation, the micro-dose anesthetics
infiltration is more convenient to observe with no swelling. The immediate post-operation effect of micro-dose anesthesia
infiltration is more natural. Conclusion Micro dose of lidocaine injection in double eyelid surgery incision method can achieve
satisfactory anesthetic effect. The method could reduce swelling during and after surgery, it is convenient to compare both
sides and the immediate postoperative effect appears to be more natural, which is more easily to be accepted by patients, and is
worthy of application in the double-lid blepharoplasty.
