[摘要]目的：探讨VSD对深度烧伤后创面的修复效果及其术后护理方法，为患者治疗及护理提供临床指导。方法：选取2015
年8月-2018年8月哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院收治的122例皮肤深度烧伤患者进行研究。按照随机数表法，将其分成两组。
对照组进行常规修复和常规护理，观察组进行VSD治疗并采取相关术后护理措施。比较分析两组患者临床疗效、患者满意
度以及创面愈合时间，对患者护理前后情绪状态、疼痛情况进行评估。结果：观察组总有效率为96.72%显著高于对照组的
80.33%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=8.069，P =0.005）。观察组创面愈合时间（16.51±1.33）d显著短于对照组创面愈合时间
（20.65±4.01）d，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者焦虑自评量表（Self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）
和抑郁自评量表（Self-rating depression scale，SDS）评分均降低，且观察组SAS、SDS评分降低更显著，差异具
有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者疼痛评估指数（Pain rating index，PRI）、现时疼痛强度（Present
pain intensity，PPI）、视觉模拟量表（Visual analogue scale，VAS）评分均降低，且观察组患者明显低于对照
组（P ＜0.05）。观察组患者的总满意率为96.72%明显高于对照组的78.69%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=9.198，P =0.002）。
结论：深度烧伤后创面采取VSD治疗并进行相关术后护理能够提高患者临床疗效，创面恢复更快，还能够有效缓解患者的疼
痛以及改善患者的不良情绪，患者满意度高，临床应用价值较高。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) on the repair of deep burn wounds and the
postoperative nursing methods, and to provide clinical guidance for patients’ treatment and nursing. Methods 122 patients
with deep skin burns received in the First Affi liated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from August 2015 to August 2018
were selected for the study. According to the random number table method, it was divided into two groups. The control group
received routine repair and nursing measures, the observation group received VSD treatment and related postoperative nursing
measures. The clinical effect, patients’ satisfaction and wound healing time of the two groups were compared and analyzed. The
emotional state and pain of the patients before and after nursing were evaluated. Results The curative effect of the observation
group was 96.72%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.33%), the difference was statistically
signifi cant(χ2=8.069, P =0.005). The wound healing time of the observation group (16.51±1.33)d was signifi cantly shorter
than that in the control group (20.65±4.01)d, the difference was statistically signifi cant(P ＜0.05). After treatment, the
scores of SAS and SDS in both groups decreased, and the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group decreased more
signifi cantly (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the pain rating index (PRI), present pain intensity (PPI) and visual analogue scale (VAS)
scores of the two groups were decreased, and the patients in the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those in the
control group (P ＜0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was 96.72%, which was signifi cantly
higher than that in the control group(78.69%, χ2=9.198, P =0.002). Conclusion VSD treatment and related postoperative care
can improve the clinical effi cacy of patients with deep burn, and the wound recovery is faster. It can also effectively relieve the
pain of patients and improve the bad mood of patients. Patients with high satisfaction and high clinical application value.
