摘要:
[摘要]射频通过电流对皮肤组织产生热效应，启动创伤修复机制，刺激成纤维细胞产生胶原和弹力纤维的新生，从而得到皮
肤年轻化的效果。研究证明，射频是一种有效安全的面部年轻化手段，可以紧肤、除皱、改善肤质，甚至提拉及改善轮廓，
不良反应较少，停工期很短，炎症后色素改变发生率很低，因此更适用于深肤色人群。射频可分为单极、双极、多极、点阵
及其他能源结合的射频，不同射频产生的疗效有所不同。近年，射频更多地与其他美容技术结合或联合应用，如：激光、强
脉冲光、高强聚集超声(HIFU)等，疗效显著，有很好的应用前景。

Abstract:
Abstract: Radiofrequency(RF) technology generates the volumetric thermal effect within the skin, causing the recovery
process which can stimulate the proliferation of collagen and elastic fi bers. It has been applied for tightening, wrinkle
reduction, lifting and contouring treatment, and has proved to be a safe and effective method for the facial rejuvenation.
It is associated with few adverse effects while allowing a quick recovery time, especially suitable for the darker skinned
because of its low risk profi le in PIH. RF devices are commonly categorized as monopolar, bipolar, multipolar, fractional,
and multigenerator, each device has its unique advantages. The current trend is intelligent selection of treatments, for
example combining a RF device treatment protocol together with lasers, IPLs, and HIFUs, which has shown remarkable
therapeutic effects and favorable application prospects.
