[摘要]目的：探究皮肤美容护理对寻常性痤疮患者心理应激反应、生活质量及皮肤外观的影响。方法：将医院皮肤科84例寻
常性痤疮患者随机分为观察组（n =42）和对照组（n=42），对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用皮肤美容护理。比较两组干预
前后心理应激反应、生活质量、皮肤外观；比较两组干预后患者满意度及总有效率。结果：干预后，观察组痤疮瘢痕及色
素沉着消退时间均缩短，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。干预后，两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton depression scale，
HAMD）评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（Hamilton anxiety scale，HAMA）评分和皮肤病生活质量指数（Dermatology life
quality index，DLQI）评分均下降，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。干预后，观察组总有效率和满
意度均为95.24%；对照组总有效率为73.81%，满意度为76.19%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：皮肤美容护理效果
明显优于常规护理，能够稳定患者心理情绪，提高患者生活质量，值得临床推广。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of skin beauty care on psychological stress response, quality of life and skin
appearance of patients with acne vulgaris. Methods 84 patients with acne vulgaris from our hospital were randomly divided
into the observation group (n =42) and the control group (n =42). The control group was given routine nursing intervention
while the observation group was given skin cosmetology care intervention. The psychological stress response, quality of life
and skin appearance of the two groups were compared before and after intervention. The satisfaction and total efficiency after
intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the time of acne scar and pigmentation in
the observation group was shortened, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). After intervention, the scores of
Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and Dermatology quality of life index (DLQI) in the
two groups decreased, and the observation group were lower than the control group (P ＜0.05). The total effective rate and
satisfaction of the observation group were 95.24%, the total effective rate and satisfaction of the control group were 73.81% and
76.19% (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Compared with routine nursing, skin cosmetology care intervention is a better nursing method
for patients with acne vulgaris. It can improve the quality of life and stabilize the psychological mood, which is worthy for
clinical promotion.
