摘要:: 目的：观察分析皮肤美容护理联合负压封闭引流对烧伤整形创面美学修复效果的影响。方法：选择2019年7月-2022年 7 月笔者医院收治的75例烧伤整形患者为研究对象，按照护理干预方式分为观察组（n=42）和对照组（n=33），对照组给予负压封闭引流及常规护理干预，观察组在对照组的基础上进行皮肤美容护理。观察两组患者的创面瘢痕[温哥华瘢痕评估量表(Vancouver scar scale,VSS)]、体像障碍[体像障碍自评量表（Body image rating scale,BIRS）]、并发症发生率、美学效果满意度及护理满意度。结果：护理干预后，观察组VSS、BIRS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者美学效果满意度、护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：皮肤美容护理联合负压封闭引流用于烧伤整形可减少创面瘢痕形成，有效改善修复后的创面外观，提升患者对自身体像的接受度，患者美学效果满意度和护理满意度高。

Abstract:: Objective To observe and analyze the eff ect of skin beauty care combined with negative pressure closed drainage on aesthetic repair of burn plastic wound. Methods A total of 75 patients undergoing burn plastic surgery in the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between July 2019 and July 2022.According to diff erent nursing methods,they were divided into observation group (n=42) and control group (n=33).The control group was given negative pressure closed drainage and routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received cosmetic skin care on the basis of the control group.Wound scar [ vancouver scar scale (VSS)],body image disorder [body image rating scale (BIRS)],complication rate,aesthetic satisfaction and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were observed. Results After nursing intervention,VSS and BIRS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group (P ＜0.05).Aesthetic satisfaction and nursing satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control group (P＜0.05).There was no signifi cant diff erence in complication rate between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Conclusion Skin beauty care combined with VSD can signifi cantly improve wound healing effect,reduce scar index and relieve body image disorders in patients after burn plastic surgery,with high satisfaction with aesthetic eff ect and nursing satisfaction.
