[摘要]目的:比较硅酸锂高嵌体和复合树脂嵌体修复牙体缺损的疗效。方法:收集笔者医院2016年9月-2017年9月收治的121
例患者,随机分为复合树脂嵌体组和硅酸锂高嵌体组,分别给予复合树脂嵌体修复和硅酸锂高嵌体修复。比较两组的临床疗
效、美学效果、牙龈反应、GCF中MDA和IL-8及牙齿边缘微渗漏发生情况,随访1年后的牙体缺损。结果:治疗后,两组
的临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05),硅酸锂高嵌体组临床疗效成功率稍高。硅酸锂高嵌体组的美学效果
满意度为96.72%,明显高于复合树脂嵌体组(P <0.05)。硅酸锂高嵌体组的牙龈指数明显低于复合树脂嵌体组,差异
具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。硅酸锂高嵌体和复合树脂嵌体组的GCF中MDA和IL-8水平比较无显著性差异(P >0.05)。硅
酸锂高嵌体组的牙齿微渗漏值为(0.54±0.05)mm,复合树脂嵌体组的牙齿微渗漏值为(1.64±0.12)mm,两组比较有统计
学意义(P <0.05)。硅酸锂高嵌体组的各级微渗漏情况的优于复合树脂嵌体组(P <0.05)。1年后随访,硅酸锂高嵌体组
结果优于复合树脂嵌体组(P <0.05)。结论:硅酸锂高嵌体方法修复牙体缺损的成功率与复合树脂嵌体相似,硅酸锂高嵌
体美学效果较好,对牙龈和牙体的影响小。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To compare the efficacy of lithium silicate high inlay and composite resin inlay in repairing dental defects.
Methods Collected from September 2016 to September 2017,121 patients were admitted, and the adjuvant was a combination
of a synthetic liposome and a synthetic liposome.Comparative efficacies, cosmetic effects, gingival antagonism, MDA MIL-8
in GCF,gingival microleakage circumstance, one year after dentition. Results Effective recovery rate, difference in radiological
significance (P >0.05), high success rate of silica-filled flooring. Silicic acid-rich cosmetic effect (96.72%), Mingyu Gaoyu
synthetic resin oil-filled body (P <0.05). Silica high-fitting metal index is low (lower than 100%) (P <0.05). Silica,highfitting,
oil-filled,MDA in IL-8,horizontal ratio difference, non-specific (P >0.05). High leakage of silica (0.54± 0.05) mm, high
penetration of metal (1.64±0.12)mm (P <0.05).In the case of high-fitting-silica, the leaking condition is generally less than 10%
(P <0.05). One year later, the high-silica-silica high-fit body (P <0.05). Conclusion The success rate of the lithium silicate
high inlay method for repairing dental defects is similar to that of composite resin inlays, and the lithium silicate high inlay has
a good aesthetic effect and little impact on the gums and teeth.
