[摘要]目的：探讨毫火针联合羟氯喹治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法：将入选的52例玫瑰痤疮患者随机分为试验组
（n =26）和对照组（n =26）。对照组给予口服羟氯喹（200mg，每日2次）治疗，试验组在对照组的基础上加毫火针治疗，
每周1次，疗程均为8周。治疗过程中对患者皮损及症状进行评估并记录不良反应，治疗8周后对比两组临床疗效及安全
性。结果：试验组患者丘疹脓疱、毛细血管扩张、瘙痒评分均低于对照组；试验组有效率明显较高，两组比较有显著性差
异（P ＜0.05）。 结论：毫火针联合羟氯喹治疗玫瑰痤疮的效果显著，对丘疹脓疱、毛细血管扩张、伴瘙痒起效更快，无
明显不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of milli-fire needle combined with hydroxychloroquine in the treatment
of rosacea. Methods The selected 52 patients with rosacea were randomly divided into an experimental group (n =26) and a
control group (n =26). Patients in the control group were treated with oral hydroxychloroquine (200 mg, twice daily). Patients
in the experimental group were treated with milli-fire needles on the basis of the control group, once weekly. All the 52 patients
were treated for 8 weeks. Scores of the skin lesion and symptom, and adverse reactions were evaluated during the treatments.
The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared after 8 weeks of treatments. Results The scores of papules,
pustules, telangiectasia, and pruritus in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.The experimental
group had a significantly higher effective rate, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P ＜0.05).
Conclusion Milli-fire needle combined with hydroxychloroquine is an effective regimen for rosacea, which can alleviate and
improve the patient’s discomfort, particularly for pimples, pustules, telangiectasia, and itching. The method has no obvious
adverse reactions and deserves further applications.
