摘要:
目的：评价长脉冲1 064 nm激光联合毫火针治疗囊肿型痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法：将2020年10月-2021年10月就诊于 笔者医院的64例囊肿型痤疮患者纳入研究，通过随机数字表法将患者分为治疗组和对照组，各32例。治疗组采用毫火针联 合长脉冲1 064 nm激光治疗，对照组单纯使用激光治疗，所有患者每次治疗后均外涂夫西地酸乳膏。两组均每周治疗1次，共 治疗4周。观察两组患者治疗前后的GAGS评分、Qol-Acne评分、VISIA检测结果的变化情况，并评价两组患者的临床疗效及安 全性。结果：治疗4周后，治疗组的总有效率为87.5%（28/32），对照组为65.63%（21/32），治疗组的总有效率优于对照组 （P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的GAGS评分较治疗前明显降低，Qol-Acne评分和VISIA检测的红色区、紫质的百分值均较治 疗前明显提高（P＜0.05）；治疗组的Qol-Acne评分和VISIA检测的红色区、紫质的百分值均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）， GAGS 评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗过程中均未发生严重不良反应，治疗结束后1个月随访，治疗组复发率 为15.63%，对照组复发率为37.5%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：长脉冲1 064 nm激光联合毫火针治疗囊肿型痤疮 临床疗效肯定，安全性好。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effi cacy and safety of long pulse 1 064 nm laser combined with milli-fi re needle in the treatment of cystic acne. Methods Sixty-four patients with cystic acne who attended the author’s hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were included in the study were enrolled in the study. Patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (32 cases) and the control group (32 cases) using a random number table. The treatment group received combined milli fi re needle and long pulse 1 064 nm laser therapy, while the control group received laser therapy alone. After each treatment, all patients applied topical fusidic acid cream externally. Treatments were administered once weekly for a total of 4 weeks. Changes in GAGS scores, QoL-Acne scores, and VISIA detection results before and after treatment were observed in both groups. The clinical effi cacy and safety were evaluated. Results After 4 treatment sessions, the total eff ective rate was 87.5% (28/32) in the treatment group, compared to 65.63% (21/32) in the control group. The total eff ective rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the GAGS scores decreased signifi cantly in both groups compared to pretreatment. The QoL-Acne scores and VISIA detected percentages of red areas and porphyrins also improved markedly compared to pretreatment (P ＜0.05). Moreover, the QoL-Acne scores and VISIA detected percentages of red areas and porphyrins were signifi cantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P ＜0.05), while the GAGS scores were signifi cantly lower (P ＜0.05). No severe adverse reactions occurred in either group during treatment. At 1 month followup after treatment completion, the recurrence rate was 15.63% in the treatment group and 37.5% in the control group.The diff erence was statistically signifi cant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion The combined therapy of long pulse 1 064 nm laser and milli-fi re needle is eff ective and safe for the treatment of cystic acne.
