[摘要]目的：探讨小切口腋臭根治术后家庭支持性护理对患者心理状态及预后的影响。方法：将笔者医院医学美容科2019年
1月-2019年10月收治的80例小切口腋臭患者，随机纳入观察组、对照组，各40例，分别接受家庭支持性护理、传统护理。比
较两组护理前后心理领域评分和自我效能评分、生活质量评分、术后并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果：观察组护理后心理
领域评分和自我效能评分高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组护理后生活质量评分、护理满意率均高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。观
察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：家庭支持性护理对小切口腋臭根治术后患者的心理状态改善有积极
影响，可以减少并发症发生率，促进预后，提高护理满意率。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the infl uence of family support nursing on the psychological state and prognosis of patients
after radical axillary osmidrosis surgery through small incision. Methods 80 patients with small incision bromhidrosis
admitted to our hospital medical cosmetology department between January 2019 and October 2019 were randomly divided
into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases each group. The observation group was given family support
nursing and the control group was given traditional nursing. The psychological field score, self-efficacy score, quality
of life score, incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups
before and after nursing. Results The scores of psychological fi eld and self-effi cacy in the observation group were higher
than those in the control group (P ＜0.05). The quality of life score and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group
were higher than those of the control group(P ＜0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation
group was lower than that in the control group(P ＜0.05). Conclusion Family support nursing has a positive effect on the
improvement of psychological state of patients after radical operation of axillary osmidrosis through small incision. It can
reduce complications,promote prognosis and improve nursing satisfaction.
