[摘要]目的：探讨利用TriVex旋切系统治疗腋臭的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析2017年5月-2019年2月笔者科室收治的120例
腋臭患者，分为修剪组和旋切组，每组60例。修剪组采用小切口皮下汗腺修剪术，旋切组采用TriVex旋切系统治疗腋臭。
比较两组治疗前后分级、近期治疗有效率、术后复发率、术后并发症发生率及术后瘢痕情况。结果：治疗后，旋切组0
级占比明显高于修剪组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。术后6个月随访，两组总有效率、复发率比较差异无统计学意
义（P ＞0.05）。旋切组术后并发症发生率、术后瘢痕增生率均低于修剪组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。旋切
组的术后固定时间与修剪组比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；但旋切组的手术时间少于修剪组，差异有统计学意义
（P ＜0.05）。结论：利用TriVex旋切系统治疗腋臭，疗效确切，同时能够减少术后瘢痕增生和并发症发生率，是一种安
全、有效的腋臭治疗方法。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of TriVex circumcision system in the treatment of axillary bromhidrosis.
Methods A retrospective analysis of 120 patients with axillary odor treated in our department from May 2017 to February
2019 was divided into the trimming group and the rotary cutting group, 60 cases in each group. The trimming group used
small incision subcutaneous sweat gland trimming, and the rotary cutting group used TriVex Rotary cutting system was used to
treat axillary bromhidrosis. The clinical indicators such as the classification before and after treatment, effectiveness of recent
treatment, postoperative recurrence rate, postoperative complication rate, postoperative scar, and operation time were compared
and statistically analyzed. Results After treatment, the proportion of grade 0 in the rotary cutting group was significantly higher
than that in the trimming group, and the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05). After 6 months of follow-up,
there was no significant difference in the total effective rate and recurrence rate between the two groups(P ＞0.05). The
incidence of postoperative complications and scar hyperplasia in the rotary cutting group were lower than those in the
trimming group(P ＜0.05). There was no significant difference in postoperative fixation time between the two groups(P ＞0.05).
However, the operation time of the rotary cutting group was less than that of the trimming group(P ＜0.05). Conclusion TriVex
circumcision system is a safe and effective method to treat axillary bromhidrosis, which has definite effect and can reduce the
incidence of postoperative scar hyperplasia and postoperative complications.
