摘要:: [摘要]目的：观察射频微针联合仙方活命饮加减治疗轻中度痤疮的临床疗效。方法：将100例寻常痤疮患者随机分为观察组
（50例）和对照组（50例）。两组均采用射频微针，外用夫西地酸软膏治疗；观察组加用仙方活命饮治疗。比较两组患者临
床疗效、炎症因子、性激素、痤疮综合评分（痤疮综合分级系统量表GAGS）及痤疮患者特异性生活质量评分（Acne-QOL调查
表）。结果：治疗后，治疗组总有效率（82%）高于对照组（64%）（P ＜0.05），两组血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-17、TGF-β1、
TNF-α、睾酮、GAGS评分均较治疗开始时降低，且观察组低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组Acne-QOL评分显著高于
对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：射频微针联合仙方活命饮治疗轻中度痤疮效果较好，可有效改善患者皮损情况及生活质量。

Abstract:: Abstract:Objective To observe clinical efficancy of the radiofrequency microneedling combined with xianfang huoming drink
in the treatment of mild to moderate acne. Methods One hundred patients with mild to moderate acne were entrolled and
divided into the observation group (50 cases) and the control group (50 cases)according to the randomnumber table method.
The patients in the 2 groups accepted the therapy of radiofrequency microneedling combing with external application of fuxidic
acid cream. xianfang huoming drink was added to the observation group orally. The clinical efficacy, inflammatory factoe,sex
hormone, the scores of GAGS, the scores of A-QOL were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate
in the observation group（82%）was higher than that in the control group(64%)after treatment,with statistically significant
difference (P ＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8,IL-17,TGF-β1,TNF-ɑ and testosterone in the observation group
were lower than that of the control group(P ＜0.05).The GAGS score of the observation group was lower than that of the
control group(P ＜0.05), Acne-QOL score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group After
treatment (P ＜0.05). Conclusion radiofrequency microneedling combined with xianfang huoming drink in the treatment of
mild to moderate acne has a significant effect,improving the patients with skin lesions and quality of life .
