[摘要]目的:探讨用无托槽隐形矫治器结合唇挡进行三颗磨牙成组同时远移的临床效果,分析其远移效率。方法:选取5例
需进行磨牙远中移动的患者,应用无托槽隐形矫治器结合唇挡同时远移第二磨牙、第一磨牙、第二前磨牙,并分别对其移动
到位后的阶段模型进行数字化重建。通过三维重叠软件将阶段模型与治疗前模型进行重叠对比,测量磨牙远中移动后所获得
的间隙量、与磨牙后移量以及前牙支抗的损失量等相关数据。结果:上下颌磨牙远移获得间隙达成率均值为78.69%,上颌的
达成率均值为79.04%,下颌均值为77.82%;上下颌每颗磨牙远移达成率均值为79.05%,上颌每颗磨牙达成率均值为79.96%,
下颌每颗磨牙达成率均值为76.78%;前牙存在少量唇向移位。结论:本研究设计的无托槽隐形矫治器结合唇挡的推磨牙远移
装置,能有效推磨牙向远中,较好地保护了前牙支抗,缩短治疗时间,亦是下颌磨牙远移的较好方案。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of molar distalization using invisible bracketless appliance combined with
lip bumper. Methods Five patients who need to move their molars distally were treated by invisible bracketless appliance. The
second molar, the first molar and the second premolar were moved distally by using invisible bracketless appliance combined
with lip bumper. The digital reconstruction of the stage models was performed respectively during teeth movement. The
superimposition and analysis system for 3D Digital models were used to measure the molar movement. The space of movement
and the loss of anterior anchorage were analyzed. Results The achievement rate was 78.69%. The efficiency of molar
distalization was 79.05%.Slight mesial and labial movement of anterior teeth occurred. Conclusion Molar distalization can
be achieved effectively by invisible bracketless appliance combined with lip bumper with little anchorage loss, that especially
suitable for lower molar distalization.
