[摘要]目的：探讨在重睑成形术围手术期实施针对性护理的效果。方法：选取2016年5月-2020年1月笔者医院收治的行重
睑成形手术患者192例，按随机数字表法分为对照组、研究组，各96例。对照组实施常规护理干预，研究组给予针对性护
理干预。观察不同护理干预后患者的心理状态、术后并发症发生率及护理满意度情况。结果：两组患者护理前抑郁自评量
表（Self-rating depression scale，SDS）、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale，SAS)、视觉模拟评分(visual
analogue scale，VAS)评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；护理后两组SDS、SAS、VAS评分均降低，研究组SDS、
SAS、VAS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。研究组术后并发症发生率为3.13%低于对照组的15.63%，研
究组护理满意度为98.96%高于对照组的86.46%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：重睑成形术围手术期开展针对性护
理，可以有效改善患者负性情绪，降低术后疼痛感，减少并发症、提高护理满意度，值得推广。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the effect of targeted nursing for patients with blepharoplasty during perioperative period.
Methods From May 2016 to January 2020, 192 patients with blepharoplasty were admitted to our hospital. According to
the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the study group, with 96 cases in each group.
The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the study group was given targeted nursing intervention. The
psychological status, postoperative complication rate and nursing satisfaction of patients after different nursing interventions
were observed. Results There was no significant difference in SDS, SAS and VAS scores before nursing between
the two groups(P ＞0.05). The scores of SDS, SAS and VAS in the two groups after nursing all decreased, and the
scores of SDS, SAS and VAS in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were
statistically significant(P ＜0.05). The postoperative complication rate in the study group was 3.13%, which was lower than
that in the control group (15.63%, P ＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 98.96%, which was higher than
that of the control group (86.46%, P ＜0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing during the perioperative period of blepharoplasty
can effectively improve patients’ negative emotions, reduce postoperative pain, reduce complications, and improve nursing
satisfaction. It is worthy of promotion.
