[摘要]目的：系统评价外用米诺环素制剂治疗中重度痤疮的有效性和安全性，为临床用药提供参考。方法：计算机检索
从建库到2020年3月PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、知网、万方、中国生物医学文献服务系统、维普网文献数据
库中外用米诺环素制剂治疗痤疮的随机对照试验（Randomized Controlled Trial,RCT）。筛选符合要求的文献并根据
Cochrane偏倚风险评估方法评价纳入文献质量，采用Stata 14.0软件对数据进行荟萃分析。结果：本研究最终纳入3篇文
献（4项RCTs），合计2 668例患者，Meta分析结果显示：①外用米诺环素制剂组患者的研究者总体评估（Investigator’s
Global Assessment,IGA）治疗成功率[RR =1.57,95%CI (1.34～1.85),P ＜0.001]、炎性皮损前后均数差值[WMD=3.40,95%CI
(2.39～4.40),P ＜0.001]、非炎性皮损前后均数差值[WMD=2.89,95%CI (1.23～4.55),P ≤0.001]均高于赋形剂组，差异有
统计学意义；外用米诺环素制剂组和赋形剂组出现药物相关的治疗期间不良反应（Treatment Emergent Adverse Event,
TEAE）、因TEAE而退出治疗、皮肤剥脱、皮肤干燥、皮肤瘙痒、皮肤红斑、皮肤色素沉着情况，差异无统计学差异。结论：
外用米诺环素制剂治疗中重度痤疮的疗效优于赋形剂，不良反应无明显差异，患者耐受性好。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of topical formulations of minocycline in the treatment of
moderate to severe acne vulgaris and provide guidance to clinical use. Methods The related randomized controlled trials
of topical formulations of minocycline for acne from PubMed, Embase, The Cochrane Library, CNKI, WanFang, CBM,
VIP were searched from the date of establishment to March 2020. The trials finally selected were evaluated according
to Cochrane system evaluation method. Revman 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis. Results Four RCTs including
2 668 patients were enrolled. Meta analyses showed that the IGA success rate[RR =1.57, 95% CI (1.34-1.85), P ＜0.001],
inflammatory lesion reduction[WMD=3.40, 95%CI (2.39 - 4.40), P ＜0.001], noninflammatory lesion reduction[WMD = 2.89,
95%CI (1.23-4.55), P ≤0.001] of topical formulations of minocycline were higher than those of vehicle group and there was no
significant difference in treatment-related TEAE, withdrawals due to TEAE, ‘Skin peeling’, ‘Dryness’, ‘Itching’, ‘Erythema’,
and ‘Hyperpigmentation’ between topical formulations of minocycline and vehicle. Conclusion Topical formulations of
minocycline are effective and well-tolerated medicines for moderate to severe acne.
