摘要:: [摘要]目的：比较水凝胶敷料和泡沫敷料在ICU无创正压通气患者鼻面部压疮发生率中的效果。方法：选取2019年1 月-2019年12月ICU收治的无创正压通气患者92例，随机分为泡沫敷料组47例、水凝胶敷料组45例。比较两组患者的压疮风险、压疮发生率、舒适度。结果：泡沫敷料组的各项压疮风险评分及总分均高于水凝胶敷料组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。泡沫敷料组压疮发生率低于水凝胶敷料组（P＜0.05）。泡沫敷料组的舒适度评分高于水凝胶敷料组（P＜0.05）。结论：与水凝胶敷料相比，泡沫敷料更能降低鼻面部压疮风险和发生率，提高患者无创正压通气治疗时的鼻面部舒适度，值得临床推广。?/html>

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To explore the application eff ect of foam dressing and hydrogel dressing in the incidence of nasal and facial pressure ulcers in ICU patients undergoing non-invasive positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV). Methods A total of 92 NIPPV patients who were admitted to ICU from January to December 2019 were enrolled and randomly divided into foam dressing group (47 cases) and hydrogel dressing group (45 cases). The risk and incidence of pressure ulcers, and comfort were compared between the two groups. Results After using the dressing, the pressure sore risk scores and comfort scores of the foam dressing group were higher than those of the hydrogel dressing group, and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant (P＜0.05). The incidence of pressure ulcers in the foam dressing group was lower than that in the hydrogel dressing group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Compared with hydrogel dressing, foam dressings can reduce the risk and incidence of nasal and facial pressure ulcers more eff ectively, improve nasal and facial comfort of patients during NIPPV.?/html>
