摘要:
目的:探讨5% 5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合小剂量米诺环素治疗红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮的疗效。方法:选择2019年1月-2021年1月笔者医院就诊的94例红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分对照组(小剂量米诺环素)47例,观察组(5% 5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合小剂量米诺环素)47例,比较两组治疗后临床症状改善程度,记录两组患者临床疗效,记录两组患者毛细血管扩张、红斑、皮肤潮红好转时间及治疗期间不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,观察组临床症状积分、红斑指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总有效率79.60%,观察组总有效率91.49%,对照组无效患者11例,观察组无效4例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组红斑、毛细血管扩张缓解、皮肤潮红症状缓解时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发生不良反应患者4例(8.51%),对照组5例(10.64%),两组患者治疗过程中均出现短暂红肿和色素沉着,观察组1例患者出现米粒至黄豆大小水疱,两组不良反应均不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:5% 5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合小剂量米诺环素治疗玫瑰痤疮临床疗效显著,能够明显改善皮肤丘疹、脓疱及红斑症状,且不增加不良反应。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the efficacy of 5% 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy combined with small dose minocycline in the treatment of rosacea telangiectasic. Methods A total of 94 patients with rosacea telangiectasia rosacea who were treated in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and 47 cases were divided into the control group (low-dose minocycline) according to the random number table. Observation group (5% 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy combined with low-dose minocycline) 47 cases, the improvement of clinical symptoms was compared between the two groups. The clinical effects of the two groups were recorded. The improvement time of telangiectasia, erythema, skin flush and adverse reactions during treatment were recorded. Results After treatment, the clinical symptom score and erythema index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the control group was 79.60%, and that of the observation group was 91.49%. There were 11 invalid patients in the control group and only 4 invalid patients in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the remission time of erythema, telangiectasia and skin flushing symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were 4 cases (8.51%) with adverse reactions in the observation group and 5 cases (10.64%) in the control group. Both groups had transient redness, swelling and pigmentation during the treatment. Only 1 cases in the observation group had blisters the size of rice to soybean. The adverse reactions of the two groups were not obvious, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion 5% 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy combined with small dose minocycline has significant clinical effect in the treatment of rosacea, which can significantly improve the skin papules, pustules and erythema without increasing adverse reactions.
