摘要:
目的：探讨递进式张力缝合在面部除皱术中的应用效果。方法：在传统面部除皱术中运用递进式张力缝合技术，使用 5-0 丝线自鼻唇沟开始每隔约1 cm依次将皮瓣固定于皮下脂肪与深部肌肉之间的深筋膜上，术后4～5 d拆线，观察其效果。 结果：9例就医者术后均未发生血肿、感染，切口瘢痕小，满意度高。结论：在面部除皱术中运用递进式张力缝合技术具有 减少并发症、减轻术后瘢痕的优点，相比于传统除皱术更安全、有效，患者较满意，值得推广。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of progressive tension suture in facial rhytidectomy. Methods The progressive tension suture technique was used in the traditional facial rhytidectomy. The skin flap was fixed to the deep fascia between subcutaneous fat and deep muscle at approximately 1 cm intervals starting from the nasolabial groove with 5-0 silk thread, and the suture was removed 4-5 d after the operation. The therapeutic effect was observed. Results None of the 9 patients had hematoma or infection after operation, with small incision scar and high satisfaction. Conclusion The application of progressive tension suture technique in facial rhytidectomy has advantages of reducing complications and reducing postoperative scar. Compared with traditional facial rhytidectomy, it is safer and more effective, and the patients are satisfied with it. It is worth popularizing.
