摘要:
目的：观察除皱术后不同时期行自体脂肪移植用于面部年轻化的效果。方法：选取2017年1月-2020年1月笔者医院收治的120例就医者，根据随机数表法分为对照组（除皱术同期联合自体脂肪移植）和观察组（除皱术后3个月行自体脂肪移植），各60例。随访半年，比较两组临床疗效、血管内皮细胞生长因子（Vascular endothelial growth factor，VEGF）、白介素-8（Interleukin-8，IL-8）水平和术后脂肪存活量，就医者满意度以及并发症情况。结果：观察组术后6个月优良率为93.33%，高于对照组的78.33%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组术后3个月、6个月脂肪存活量高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组就医者满意度为91.67%，高于对照组的76.67%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组并发症发生率为5.00%，低于对照组的16.67%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组术前、术后6个月VEGF、IL-8水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：除皱术后3个月行自体脂肪移植治疗面部年轻化，其疗效优于同期行脂肪移植，移植脂肪存活量高，并发症少，患者较为满意。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the application eff ect of autologous fat transplantation after rhytidectomy in diff erent periods for facial rejuvenation. Methods A total of 120 patients admitted to the hospital were enrolled between January 2017 and January 2020. According to random number table method, they were divided into the control group (autologous fat transplantation simultaneously combined with rhytidectomy) and the observation group (autologous fat transplantation at 3 months after rhytidectomy), 60 cases in each group. All were followed up for half a year. The clinical curative eff ect, levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and interleukin-8 (IL-8), postoperative survival amount of fat, satisfaction and complications between the two groups were compared. Results At 6 months after surgery, good rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (93.33% vs 78.33%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The survival amount of fat at 3 and 6 months after surgery in the observation group were more than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (91.67% vs 76.67%, P＜0.05). And incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (5.00% vs 16.67%, P＜0.05). There were no signifi cant diff erences in the levels of VEGF and IL-8 between the two groups before and 6 months after operation(P ＞0.05). Conclusion The curative eff ect autologous fat transplantation at 3 months after rhytidectomy was better than that of autologous fat transplantation simultaneously combined with rhytidectomy on facial rejuvenation, with better growth environment for fat particles, more survival amount, fewer complications and higher patients satisfaction.
