摘要:

[摘要]自体脂肪移植术是临床上广泛使用的一种术式，其生物相容性好、无排异反应，患者满意度高，但其远期留存率较
差，移植脂肪远期留存率低限制了该术式的应用范围，加速移植物早期建立血供和抑制炎症是提高脂肪移植远期留存率的关
键，黄芪多糖具有诱导血管新生和抑制炎症反应的作用，本文参考大量国内外文献，对黄芪多糖提高自体脂肪移植远期留存
率的研究进展进行了综述。

Abstract:
Abstract: autologous fat transplantation is widely used a clinical procedure and its good biocompatibility and no rejection,
patient satisfaction is high, but its long-term retention rate is poorer, fat transplantation long-term retention rates low limit
the application range of the operation, accelerate the graft early establishment of blood and inhibit infl ammation is the key to
improve the long-term retention rate of fat transplantation, Astragalus polysaccharides have induced angiogenesis and suppress
the role of infl ammation, this article refer to a large number of domestic and foreign literature, the retention rate on Astragalus
polysaccharides enhance autologous fat transplantation after research progress are reviewed.
