[摘要]目的：探讨富血小板血浆（Platelet-rich plasma，PRP）注射联合自体脂肪移植对移植脂肪成活率及移植效果的影
响。方法：选取2018年1月-2018年12月在笔者医院进行面部改善的42例就医者作为本次研究对象，依据不同的治疗方式分为
研究组与对照组，各21例。对照组采用自体脂肪双平面注射，观察组采用PRP注射结合自体脂肪移植。比较两组就医者并发
症发生情况以及治疗效果。结果：研究组并发症发生率（9.52%，2/21）低于对照组（23.81%，5/21），差异有统计学意义
（P ＜0.05）。研究组满意度高于对照组（95.24% vs 80.95%，P＜0.05）。研究组面部凹陷、皱纹、皮肤松弛及脂肪组织坏
死情况均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：采用PRP注射联合自体脂肪移植能够显著改善移植脂肪的成活
率以及移植效果，就医者在术后的面部轮廓得到显著改善，满意度较高，利于临床推广。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of PRP （platelet-rich plasma,PRP）injection combined with autologous fat
transplantation on the survival rate and transplantation effect of fat transplantation. Methods Forty-two patients with facial
improvement in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to
different treatment methods, they were divided into the study group and the control group, with 21 cases in each group. The
control group received biplane injection of autologous fat and facial fi lling, while the observation group received continuous
PRP injection combined with biplane injection of autologous fat transplantation for facial filling. The complications of the
two groups of patients and the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The incidence of
complications in the study group (9.52%, 2/21) was lower than that in the control group (23.81%, 5/21), the difference was
statistically signifi cant(P ＜0.05). The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group (95.24% vs 80.95%,
P ＜0.05). Facial depression, wrinkles, skin relaxation and adipose tissue necrosis in the study group were lower than those in
the control group(P ＜0.05). Conclusion PRP injection combined with autologous fat transplantation can signifi cantly improve
the survival rate and transplantation effect of fat transplantation. The facial contour of patients after surgery is signifi cantly
improved with high satisfaction, which is conducive to clinical promotion.
