摘要:
目的:探讨老年前牙残根残冠患者应用玻璃纤维桩核(Glass fiber post-core,GFP)与铸造金属桩核的修复效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2020年3月笔者医院收治的老年前牙残根残冠患者60例,按照桩核材料分为对照组(30例)和实验组(30例),对照组采用铸造金属桩核修复治疗,实验组采用GFP修复治疗。比较两组患牙功能、牙周健康情况及修复效果,记录不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组咬合能力均高于修复前,修复齿出血指数(SBI)、牙龈指数(GI)水平均低于修复前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组咬合能力均高于对照组,Likert评分及修复成功率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:GFP与铸造金属桩核均可增强老年前牙残根残冠修复功能,GFP能更有效提高患者前牙咬合力、切割功能,不良反应少,修复效果佳。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of using glass fiber post-core (GFP) and cast metal post-core in elderly patients with residual anterior teeth and crown. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with residual anterior roots and crowns were selected from our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020. They were divided into a control group (30 cases) and an experimental group (30 cases) according to different post and core materials. The control group was made of cast metal post-core repair treatment, the experimental group was treated with GFP repair treatment. The tooth function, periodontal health and restoration effect of the two groups were compared, and the occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded. Results The occlusal abilities of the two groups were higher than those before the restoration, and the sulcus bleeding index(SBI) and gingival index (GI) levels of the restored tooth were lower than those before the restoration (P<0.05). The occlusal abilities of the experimental group were both higher In the control group, Likert score and repair success rate were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Both GFP and cast metal post-core can enhance the repair function of the residual root and crown of the elderly anterior teeth. GFP can more effectively improve the occlusal force and cutting function of the patient’s anterior teeth, with fewer adverse reactions and good repair effects
