目的:探讨自体骨联合浓缩生长因子(Concentrated growth factor, CGF)在牙槽嵴裂修复中的临床效果,并观察 骨吸收情况。方法:选取2018年7月-2020年6月笔者医院收治的124例牙槽嵴裂患者为研究对象。按随机数字法分为对照组 和观察组,每组62例。对照组采用自体骨修复,观察组采用自体骨联合CGF修复。比较两组植骨成功率、最小垂直骨桥高度 (SLB)、最小骨宽度(SBW)、骨吸收率、骨体积分数、骨密度及骨小梁分离度。结果:观察组总成功率(88.71%)高于对照组(66.13%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6个月,两组SLB、SBW均低于术后1个月;术后1、6个月,观察组 SLB、SBW均高于对照组,骨吸收率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组骨体积分数、骨密 度均高于对照组,骨小梁分离度低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自体骨联合CGF在牙槽嵴裂修复中具 有良好的临床效果,可促进骨组织生长,减小骨吸收率,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of autologous bone combined with concentrated growth factor (CGF) in the repair of alveolar cleft, and to observe the bone resorption. Methods Total of 124 cases of alveolar cleft admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to June 2020 were selected. According to the random number method, the patients were divided into the control group (n=62) and the observation group (n=62). The control group was repaired with autogenous bone, and the observation group was repaired with autogenous bone combined with CGF. Compare the success rate of bone grafting, shortest vertical length of bone bridge (SLB), shortest anteroposterior bone width (SBW), bone resorption rate, bone volume fraction, bone density, and trabecular separation. Results The total success rate of the observation group (88.71%) was higher than that of the control group (66.13%, P<0.05). At 6 months after operation, the SLB and SBW of the two groups were lower than 1 month after operation. 1 and 6 months after operation, the SLB and SBW of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the bone absorption rate of the observation group was both lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). At 6 months after operation, the bone volume fraction and bone density of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the trabecular bone separation of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Autogenous bone combined with CGF has a good clinical effect in the repair of alveolar cleft, can promote the growth of bone tissue and reduce the rate of bone resorption, and it is worthy of clinical application.
