摘要:
目的：观察多学科协作在糖尿病足溃疡患者创面护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2020年1月-2020年10月于笔者医院就 诊糖尿病足溃疡患者80例为研究对象。依照患者入院顺序分为干预组和对照组，每组各40例。对照组给予糖尿病足溃疡常规 伤口护理措施，干预组在常规护理的基础上，实施多学科协作护理模式。比较两组创面愈合时间、愈合情况、瘢痕及生活质 量自我评价评分情况。结果：干预组出院后6个月瘢痕评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预组创面愈合时 间为（17.54±2.35）d短于对照组的（20.35±2.66）d，且干预组创面愈合总有效率为92.50%,优于对照组的85.00%，差异有 统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预组出院后6个月生活质量各维度得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：多 学科协作的糖尿病足溃疡创面护理能够有效促进患者创面愈合，缩短创面愈合时间，提高愈合美学效果及患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the eff ect of multidisciplinary cooperation in wound care of patients with diabetic foot ulcer. Methods From January 2020 to October 2020, 80 patients with diabetic foot ulcer treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. Patients were divided into the intervention group and the control group according to the order of admission, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine wound nursing measures for diabetic foot ulcer, while the intervention group was given multidisciplinary cooperative nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing. Wound healing time, wound healing situation, scar and self-evaluation scores of life quality were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of scar in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group 6 months after discharge, the diff erences were statistically signifi cant (P＜0.05). Wound healing time in the intervention group (17.54±2.35)d was shorter than that in the control group (20.35±2.66)d, and the eff ective rate of wound healing in the intervention group (92.50%) was better than that in the control group (85.00%), the diff erences were statistically signifi cant (P＜0.05). The scores of all dimensions of life quality in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group 6 months after operation (P＜0.05). Conclusion The multidisciplinary cooperation of diabetic foot ulcer wound nursing can eff ectively promote the wound healing of patients, shorten the time of wound healing, improve the aesthetic eff ect of wound healing and the quality of life of patients.
