摘要:
低龄儿童龋是全球普遍流行的慢性疾病。龋病会影响儿童的营养摄入、发音和美观，严重的龋病会导致生长发育障 碍，给儿童及家庭的生活质量造成不良影响。父母是儿童早期口腔健康行为建立的主要社会决定因素，大量研究已证实，父 母因素与低龄儿童龋的发生和发展密切相关。明确父母因素对低龄儿童龋病的影响机制，可以为制定和实施家庭层面的公共 卫生措施提供思路，促进儿童口腔健康。
Abstract:
Early childhood caries is a chronic disease that is prevalent globally. Caries can aff ect children’s nutritional intake, pronunciation and aesthetics. Severe caries can cause growth and development disorders and adversely aff ect the quality of life of children and their families. Parents are the main social determinant for the establishment of oral health-related behaviors in early childhood. A large number of studies have confi rmed that parental factors are related to the occurrence and development of early childhood caries. Clarifying the impact of parental factors on early childhood caries can provide ideas for formulating and implementing family-level public health measures to promote children’s oral health.
