摘要:

目的：探讨口腔多学科联合修复在前牙缺损种植修复中的应用及对口腔功能与美学效果的影响。方法：回顾性分析 2018 年1月-2019年1月笔者医院收治的120例前牙缺损患者的临床资料，根据治疗方式不同，分为研究组（45例）和对照组 （75例）。研究组采用口腔多学科联合修复（牙周治疗+正畸+口腔种植+修复）治疗，对照组采用常规修复方式治疗。比较 两组疗效、不良反应发生情况、口腔功能恢复情况及修复后美学效果。结果：研究组治疗有效率较对照组高（P＜0.01）； 两组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗12个月后，研究组语言清晰度及咀嚼功能评分较对照组 显明显更高（P＜0.05），PTV评分较对照组明显更低（P＜0.001），差异均有统计学意义；治疗后，研究组白色美学指数 （White aesthetic index,WES）及红色美学指数（Pink aesthetic index,PES）评分较对照组明显高，差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.001）。结论：对前牙缺损需种植修复的患者应用口腔多学科联合修复治疗效果显著，患者口腔功能恢复良好，可获 得较好的美学效果，且不增加不良反应的发生。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the application of oral multidisciplinary joint restoration in implant restoration of anterior teeth defects and its infl uence on oral function and aesthetics. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 120 patients with anterior tooth defects admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into a study group (45 cases) and a control group (75 cases). The study group used oral multidisciplinary combined restoration (periodontal treatment + orthodontics + oral implantation + restoration), and the control group used conventional restoration methods. The effi cacy, adverse reactions, and oral function recovery of the two groups were compared, and the aesthetic eff ects after restoration were compared. Results The eff ective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P ＜0.01). There was no statistical diff erence in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P ＞0.05). After 12 months of treatment, the speech clarity and chewing function scores of the study group were signifi cantly higher than those of the control group (P ＜0.05), and the PTV scores were signifi cantly lower than those of the control group,the diff erence were statistically signifi cant(P ＜0.001). After treatment, the white aesthetic index scale (WES) and red aesthetic index scale (PES) scores of the study group were signifi cantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.001). Conclusion For patients with anterior tooth defects requiring implant restoration, the application of oral multidisciplinary combined restoration treatment has a signifi cant eff ect. The patient’s oral function recovers well, and good aesthetic eff ects can be obtained without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
