摘要:

目的：探讨树脂陶瓷复合材料在微创修复前牙缺损中的应用效果及美学评价。方法：选取笔者医院2019年7月-2022 年4月收治的230例前牙缺损患者（共230颗患牙）为研究对象，通过随机数字表法将患者分为实验组（n=115）和对照组 （n=115）。对照组接受光固化复合树脂材料进行牙体缺损修复，实验组采用树脂陶瓷复合材料修复牙体缺损。比较两组的 修复疗效、美学满意度及并发症发生率；采用牙周相关指数和视觉模拟评分（Visual analogue scale,VAS）量表评估两 组治疗前和治疗后1、3个月牙周情况和疼痛程度。结果：治疗后，实验组患者总有效率达95.65%，高于对照组的88.69% （P＜0.05）；治疗后3个月，两组牙周菌斑指数和牙龈指数较治疗后1个月均显著降低，且实验组牙周菌斑指数和牙龈指数 均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后1个月，两组患者VAS升高，实验组患者VAS评分显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意 义（P＜0.05）；对照组美学满意度91.30%，实验组美学满意度97.39%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组并发症发生 率（3.47%）显著低于对照组（10.43%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：树脂陶瓷复合材料在微创修复前牙缺损中 的临床疗效和美学满意度较高，并且可有效改善患者牙周情况。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome and aesthetic eff ect of minimally invasive repair of anterior tooth defects using resin-ceramic composites. Methods Two hundred and thirty patients with anterior tooth defects (230 tooth) in the author’s hospital from July 2019 to April 2022 were enrolled and classifi ed into two groups according to random number table methods. Control group (n=115) underwent repair with light-curing resin composites, while experimental group (n=115) underwent repair with resin-ceramic composites. Then the clinical efficacy rate, aesthetic satisfaction and incidence of complication were compared between two groups. The periodontal correlation index and Visual analogue scale (VAS) scale were used to evaluate the pericrescent conditions and pain degree of the two groups before and 1 and 3 months after treatment. Results The overall effi cacy rate was 95.65% in experimental group, which was notably higher than 88.69% in control group, with statistical diff erence (P ＜0.05). Compared with data at 1 month after treatment, there was a signifi cant decrease in periodontal plaque index and gingival index in both groups at 3 months after treatment (P ＜0.05), and the plaque index and gingival index of experimental group were remarkably lower than those of control group (P＜0.05). At 1 month after treatment, VAS scores showed an increase in both groups, and experimental group scored lower on VAS than control group (P＜0.05). The aesthetic satisfaction rate was 97.39% in experimental group, which was higher than control group 91.30% (P＜0.05). The incidence of complication was (3.47% ) in experimental group, which was lower than control group (10.43%) (P＜0.05). Conclusion The minimally invasive repair of anterior tooth defects using resin-ceramic composites achieves high clinical effi cacy and aesthetic satisfaction degree in patients and can eff ectively improve the periodontal condition in patients.
