摘要:

目的：比较平鳍式种植体与螺纹式种植体对口腔种植患者在经济负担与并发症方面的影响。方法：收集笔者科室诊治 的100例口腔种植患者病例资料进行回顾性研究，其中使用螺纹式种植体的患者50例（螺纹组），使用平鳍式种植体的患者 50 例（平鳍组）。比较两组术后1年种植体周围组织指标[探诊深度（Probing depth,PD）、边缘骨吸收量（Marginal bone loss,MBL）、改良Barthel指数（Modified barthel index,MBI）、改良菌斑指数（Modified plaque index,MPI）]及种植 体成功率，分析并发症发生情况及满意度。结果：治疗前后两组PD、MBL比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,与治疗前比 较，两组治疗后MBI、MPI均明显降低，且平鳍组明显低于螺纹组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组种植体成功率分别 为96.00%、90.00%，组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；平鳍组并发症发生率（2.00%）明显低于螺纹组（16.00%）， 平鳍组美观度、舒适性、语言功能、咀嚼功能及稳定性评分均高于螺纹组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：平鳍 式种植体用于口腔种植可有效改善种植后周围组织指标，降低并发症发生率，提高患者满意度，并减轻患者经济负担。

Abstract:

Objective To compare the effects of flat-fin implants and threaded implants on the economic burden and complications of patients undergoing oral implantation. Methods The data of 100 patients with oral implantation were collected for a retrospective study (outpatient treatment in the author, s hospital), including 50 patients with screw-type implants (referred to as the threaded group) and 50 patients with fl at-fi n implants (referred to as the fl at-fi n group).The implant-surrounding tissue indexes [probe depth (PD), marginal bone resorption (MBL), modifi ed Barthel index (MBI), modifi ed plaque index (MPI)] at 1 year after surgery, implant success rate, complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There was no obvious diff erence in PD and MBL between the two groups before and after treatment (P ＞0.05). Compared with before treatment, the MBI and MPI in both groups were obviously decreased after treatment (P＜0.05), and compared with the threaded group, the fl at fi n group were obviously lower (P ＜0.05); the implant success rate of the two groups was 96.00% and 90.00%, respectively, and there was no obvious diff erence between the two groups (P ＞0.05), the incidence of complications in the fl at-fi n group (2.00%) was obviously lower than that in the threaded group (16.00%) (P＜0.05), the scores of aesthetics, comfort, language function, masticatory function and stability in the fl at-fi n group were higher than those in the threaded group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion The use of fl at-fi n implants for oral implantation can eff ectively improve the surrounding tissue indexes after implantation, reduce the incidence of complications, improve patients’ satisfaction,and reduce the economic burden.
