摘要:
目的：探究临时义齿诱导牙龈成形对前牙微创拔牙后种植修复的美学效果影响。方法：选择2018年3月-2020年4月在 西安交通大学口腔医院特诊特需科就诊行前牙微创拔牙操作的64例患者为研究对象。根据随机数字法分为对照组和观察组， 每组32例。对照组使用传统拔牙方法,观察组使用微创拔牙后临时义齿诱导牙龈成形的方法。对比两组患者种植体修复1年后 的牙龈乳头情况、种植牙稳定程度、牙槽骨吸收量、修复程度、美学修复效果。结果：种植体修复1年后，观察组患者的牙 龈乳头情况、修复程度均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的种植牙稳定程度、美学修复效果评分 高于对照组，牙槽骨吸收量均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：与传统的拔牙方法比较，微创拔牙后进 行临时义齿诱导的方法能够更加有效地保护牙槽骨和齿龈等组织，有利于改善种植牙的稳定性及牙龈的美观程度。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the aesthetic eff ect of gingivoplasty induced by temporary denture after minimally invasive tooth extraction in anterior area. Methods A total of 64 patients who underwent minimally invasive anterior tooth extraction at the Special Clinic of Xi’an Jiaotong University Stomatological Hospital from March 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number method, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 32 cases in the control group and 32 cases in the observation group. The control group used traditional tooth extraction methods. The observation group used gingivoplasty induced by temporary denture after minimally invasive tooth extraction. The condition of gingival papilla, implant stability, alveolar bone resorption, restoration degree, and aesthetic restoration eff ect were compared between the two groups 1 year after implant restoration. Results One year after implant restoration, the condition of the gingival papilla and the degree of restoration of the observation group were better than those of the control group （P＜0.05）. The scores of dental implant stability and aesthetic restoration eff ect of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the amount of alveolar bone absorption was lower than that of the control group （P＜0.05）. Conclusion Compared with traditional tooth extraction methods, the method of induction of temporary denture after minimally invasive tooth extraction can more eff ectively protect the alveolar bone and gums and other tissues, which is benefi cial to improve the stability of dental implants and the aesthetics of the gums.
