[摘要]目的:探讨PerioGlas骨替代材料在上颌前牙区骨量不足种植术中的效果。方法:选择2016年6月-2018年6月笔者科室
收治的65例上颌前牙区周围骨缺损种植患者,通过随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,均行口腔种植术治疗。对照组:30例,
术中植入Bio-Oss骨粉,观察组:35例,术中植入PerioGlas骨替代材料。对所有患者随访1年,比较两组种植体存留率、唇
侧骨量、骨密度、红色美学指数(PES)及不良反应。结果:随访显示,两组种植体存留率均为100%;两组术后即刻唇侧骨
量、骨密度比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05),术后6个月、12个月,观察组唇侧骨量、骨密度及PES评分均明显高于对照
组(P<0.05);随访期间,两组均无排异现象,无感染、过敏等局部或全身不良反应。结论:Perio Glas骨替代材料在上
颌前牙区骨量不足种植术中的应用效果明显,有助于促进骨生长,提高美学效果,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the effect of PerioGlas bone substitute material in treatment of maxillary anterior teeth with bone
insufficiency implantation. Methods 75 patients with maxillary anterior teeth peripheral bone defect who received therapy
from June 2016 to June 2018 in dental Department of our hospital were selected, they were divided into the 35 casees in the
observation group and 30 cases in the control group by the the random number table, they were performed oral implantation,
the control group was implanted Bio-Oss bone powder during operation, the observation group was implanted PerioGlas bone
substitute during operation. They were followed up for one year, the implant retention rate, labial bone mass, bone mineral
density, red aesthetic index (PES) and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The follow-up
showed that the implant retention rate in two groups was 100%.There was no significant difference in labial bone mass and
bone mineral density between the two groups immediate postoperative(P >0.05). The labial bone mass, bone mineral density and
PES scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at after operation 6 and 12 months (P<0.05).
During the follow-up period, there was no rejection and no local or systemic adverse reactions such as infection or allergy in
both groups. Conclusion The PerioGlas bone substitute material is well for maxillary anterior teeth with bone insufficiency
implantation, which can effectively promote bone growth and improve aesthetic effect, which is worth popularizing.
