摘要:
目的：研究针对性护理干预对面部重度痤疮患者皮肤质量及生活方式、生活质量的影响。方法：选择笔者医院2019年 3 月-2020年5月收治的94例面部重度痤疮患者为研究对象，将患者随机分为对照组和研究组各47例。对照组给予常规护理干 预，研究组在对照组基础上给予针对性护理干预。两组患者均通过门诊和电话随访干预3个月，比较两组患者干预前后不良 生活习惯行为阶段转变情况、皮肤质量及生活质量，并统计患者护理满意度。结果：干预前，两组患者不良生活习惯各行为 变化阶段病例分布、皮肤质量及生活质量比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后，两组患者不良生活习惯各行为 阶段病例分布趋势均向行动和维持阶段转变，且研究组转变趋势优于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预后，研究组患者经皮失水量 少于对照组（P＜0.05），油脂含量、血红素含量低于对照组，但差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后，研究组患者生 活质量各功能评分及总分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：将针对性护理 干预应用于面部重度痤疮患者的护理中，可有效改变患者不良生活习惯，改善患者皮肤及生活质量，提高患者护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To study the eff ect of targeted nursing intervention on skin quality,life style and quality of life of patients with severe facial acne. Methods 94 patients with severe facial acne admitted to the author’s hospital from March 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and study group with 47 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given targeted nursing intervention based on the control group. Patients in both groups were followed up by outpatient service and telephone for 3 months.The stage change of bad living habits,skin quality and life quality of patients in both groups were compared before and after intervention,and the nursing satisfaction of patients was statistically analyzed. Results Before intervention,there were no signifi cant diff erences in case distribution,skin quality and quality of life between 2 groups at each stage of behavioral change of adverse living habits (P ＞0.05). After the intervention,the distribution trend of adverse living habits in the two groups changed to the action and maintenance stage,and the change trend in the study group was better than that in the control group (P ＜0.05). After intervention,the percutaneous water loss of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P ＜0.05),and the content of oil and heme was lower than that of the control group,but the diff erences were not statistically signifi cant (P ＞0.05). After intervention,all functional scores and total scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P ＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of targeted nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with severe facial acne can eff ectively change the patients’ bad living habits,improve the patients’ skin and life quality,and improve the patients’ nursing satisfaction.
