摘要:

目的：观察精准脉冲光联合重组人源Ⅲ型胶原蛋白敷料治疗玫瑰痤疮的效果。方法：选取2018年5月-2021年5月笔者 医院收治的300例玫瑰痤疮患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各150例。对照组给予精准脉冲光治疗，每3 周1次，共治疗3次；观察组在此基础上联合重组人源Ⅲ型胶原蛋白敷料治疗，1次/天，共治疗9周。比较两组患者治疗前后 的红斑（Clinician’s erythema assessment，CEA）和皮损情况、临床治疗效果、不良反应发生率以及治疗前后生活质量。结果： 两组患者治疗前红斑、皮损颜色、数量和疼痛程度比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者临床治疗有效率 （91.33%）高于对照组（82.00%），观察组红斑CEA评分（1.20±0.40）分明显低于对照组（1.96±0.60）分（P＜0.05）。观察组 患者皮损颜色、数量和疼痛程度均低于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组不良反应发生率（9.33%）与对照组（12.67%）比较，差异无 统计学意义（P＞0.05），两组患者治疗后自我感知、痤疮症状、情感功能均较治疗前改善，且观察组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论：精准脉冲光联合重组人源Ⅲ型胶原蛋白敷料治疗玫瑰痤疮可减轻患者红斑情况，有效改善患者皮肤状态，增强临床治 疗效果，提高生活质量，且安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:

Objective Observe the eff ect of delicate pulsed light combined with recombinant human type III collagen application in the treatment of rosacea. Methods 300 patients with rosacea admitted to the author’s hospital from May 2018 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 150 patients in each group.The control group received delicate pulsed light therapy once every 3 weeks, with 3 sessions being a course of treatment for a total of 9 weeks.On this basis, the observation group was treated with recombinant human type III collagen application once a day for 9 weeks as a course of treatment.Compare the erythema and skin lesions, clinical treatment efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions, and quality of life before and after treatment between the two groups of patients. Results There was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in the erythema CEA value,the color, number, and degree of pain of the skin lesions between the two groups of patients before treatment (P＞0.05);After the treatment, The clinical treatment effi ciency of patients in the observation group (91.33%) was higher than that of the control group (82.00%). The erythema CEA value of the observation group (1.20±0.40) was significantly lower than that of the control group (1.96±0.60), and the difference was statistically signifi cant (P ＜0.05).The colour, number and pain level of skin lesions were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (9.33%) was not statistically significant compared to the control group (12.67%) (P＞0.05).After the treatment, self-perception, acne symptoms, and emotional functioning improved in both groups compared to the pre-treatment period, and the observation group was better than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The combination of delicate pulsed light and recombinant human type III collagen application in the treatment of rosacea can reduce the patient’s erythema situation, effectively improve the patient’s skin condition, enhance clinical treatment eff ectiveness, improve quality of life, and have high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
