摘要:
目的：探讨精准脉冲光联合羟氯喹治疗红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮的疗效。方法：选取2017年2月-2022年2月笔者 医院收治的62例红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮患者，根据随机数字表法分为对照组（n=31）和研究组（n=31）。对照组予 以羟氯喹治疗，研究组在对照组基础上予以精准脉冲光治疗，比较两组治疗后临床疗效、皮损积分、皮肤屏障功能相关指 标（皮肤含水量、经皮水分流失量）及不良反应发生率。结果：研究组治疗总有效率93.55%，高于对照组的74.19%，差异 有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，研究组面部红斑、毛细血管扩张、丘疹、结节、脓疱、瘙痒评分均低于对照组，研 究组皮肤含水量高于对照组，经皮水分流失量低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率 （12.90%）与对照组（6.45%）比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：精准脉冲光联合羟氯喹治疗红斑毛细血管扩张 型玫瑰痤疮疗效显著，可修复患者皮肤屏障，促进皮损症状缓解，且安全性良好。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the therapeutic eff ect of delicate pulsed light and hydroxychloroquine in erythematotelangiectatic rosacea. Methods A total of 62 patients with erythematotelangiectatic rosacea in the author`s hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and divided into control group (n=31) and study group (n=31) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with hydroxychloroquine, and the study group was treated with delicate pulsed light therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical effi cacy, skin lesion score, skin barrier function-related indicators (skin water content, transepidermal water loss) and the incidence of adverse reactions were statistically compared between the two groups. Results The total eff ective rate of the study group was 93.55% higher than that of the control group 74.19%,the differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.05). After treatment, the facial erythema, telangiectasia, papules, nodules, pustules, and itching scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the skin water content in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the transepidermal water loss was lower than that in the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P ＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 12.90% compared with 6.45% in the control group, and there was no signifi cant diff erence (P ＞0.05). Conclusion Delicate pulsed light combined with hydroxychloroquine has a signifi cant curative eff ect in the treatment of erythematotelangiectatic rosacea, can repair the skin barrier, promote the relief of skin lesions, and has a good safety.
