摘要:
目的:探讨点阵CO2激光联合强脉冲光对痤疮后瘢痕患者的瘢痕面积、红肿面积及愈合时间的影响。方法:选取2020 年1月-2020年12月于笔者医院就诊的90例痤疮后瘢痕患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(45例)行点 阵CO2激光治疗,研究组(46例)在对照组治疗基础上联合强脉冲光治疗。比较两组疗效、生活质量、痤疮瘢痕权重评分 (Echelle d’evaluation clinique des cicatrices d’acne, ECCA)、瘢痕面积、红肿面积及愈合时间。结果:研究组总 有效率93.48%,高于对照组73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组痤疮患者特异性生活质量问卷 (Acne-specific quality of life questionnaire, Acne-QoL)各维度评分均高于治疗前,且研究组Acne-QoL各维度评分 均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组ECCA评分均低于治疗前,且研究组ECCA评分低于对照组,差异 均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组瘢痕面积、红肿面积均小于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组瘢痕面积、红肿面积小 于对照组(P<0.05),研究组愈合时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:点阵CO2激光联合强脉冲光 治疗痤疮后瘢痕有效率高,能改善患者生活质量与ECCA评分,缩小瘢痕面积及红肿面积,缩短愈合时间。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the eff ects of fractional CO2 laser combined with photorejuvenation on the scar area, redness and swelling area and healing time of post-acne scar patients. Methods A total of 91 patients with post-acne scar who were diagnosed and treated in the author`s hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were grouped according to the random number table method, and the control group (45 cases) received fractional CO2 laser treatment, and the study group (46 cases) were received photorejuvenation treatment based on the control group. The effi cacy, quality of life, ECCA score, scar area, redness and swelling area, and healing time were compared between the two groups. Results The total eff ective rate in the study group was 93.48%, which was higher than 73.33% in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of each dimension of Acne-specifi c Quality of Life Questionnaire (Acne-QoL) of acne patients in the two groups were higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the scores of each dimension of Acne-QOL in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the ECCA scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and the ECCA scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scar area and swelling area of the two groups were smaller than before treatment (P<0.05), and the scar area and swelling area of the study group were smaller than those of the control group (P<0.05). The healing time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Fractional CO2 laser combined with photorejuvenation is eff ective in treating post-acne scar. It can improve the patient’s quality of life and ECCA score, reduce the area of scars, redness and swelling, and shorten the healing time.
