摘要:
慢性创面一直是临床治疗中十分棘手的难题。脂肪干细胞(Adipose-derived stem cells, ADSCs)因来源丰富,分 离简单且容易扩增,多次传代后仍能保持其生物学特性等优点,已成为近年组织修复与再生研究的热点,利用ADSCs促进创 面愈合也已被证明是一项十分具有前景的治疗策略。本文对ADSCs及其无脂肪细胞衍生物促慢性创面愈合的研究现状进行综 述,以期为今后深入研究和临床应用提供参考。 [
Abstract:
Chronic wounds have always been a diffi cult problem in clinical treatment. Adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) have become a hot topic in tissue repair and regeneration research in recent years due to their rich sources, simple isolation and easy expansion, and their properties after multiple passages. The use of ADSCs to improve wound healing has proven to be a promising treatment strategy. In this paper, the research status of ADSCs and their fat cell derivatives for chronic wound healing is reviewed, with a view to providing insights for future in-depth research and clinical applications. In this paper, we reviewed the research status of ADSCs and its adipocyte free derivatives in promoting chronic wound healing, in order to provide insights for further research and clinical application.
