摘要:
目的:探究富血小板血浆(Platelet rich plasma,PRP)与浓缩生长因子(Concentrated growth factor,CGF)修 复糖尿病足创面的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年6月-2022年10月笔者医院收治的90例糖尿病足患者临床资料,按照治 疗方法的不同将患者分为CGF组、PRP组和常规治疗组各30例。统计比较三组创面换药次数、愈合时间、细菌培养阳性率、不 良反应及治疗总有效率。结果:三组换药次数及创面愈合时间比较均CGF组<PRP组<常规组(P<0.05);治疗1、2周后, 三组创面细菌感染阳性率比较,均CGF组<PRP组<常规组(P<0.05)。三组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); CGF 组、PRP组总有效率均高于常规组(P<0.05);CGF组与PRP组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组均无明 显不良反应。结论:CGF和PRP作为血小板活性物质,能够促进创面愈合,发挥抗炎抑菌作用。与PRP相比,CGF更能缩短创面 愈合时间,减少换药次数,抑菌效果更好,但两者在治疗总有效率方面效果相当。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical eff ect of Platelet rich plasma (PRP) and Concentrated growth factor (CGF) in repairing diabetic foot wounds. Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with diabetic foot admitted to author’s hospital from June 2017 to October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into CGF group, PRP group and conventional treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. The number of wound dressing changes, healing time, positive rate of bacterial culture, adverse reactions, and total eff ective rate of treatment were statistically compared among the three groups. Results The frequency of dressing change and wound healing time of the three groups were compared with CGF group < PRP group < conventional group (P <0.05). After 1 and 2 weeks of treatment, the positive rates of bacterial infection in the three groups were as follows: CGF group < PRP group < conventional group (P <0.05). There was statistically signifi cant diff erence in the total eff ective rate among the three groups (P <0.05). The total eff ective rates in CGF group and PRP group were higher than those in conventional group (P<0.05). There was no signifi cant diff erence in the total eff ective rate between CGF group and PRP group (P >0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in the three groups. Conclusion As platelet active substances, CGF and PRP can promote wound healing and play an anti-infl ammatory and antibacterial role.Compared with PRP, CGF can shorten the wound healing time, reduce the number of dressing changes, and have better bacteriostatic eff ect; but there is no signifi cant diff erence in the total treatment effi ciency between the two groups.
