摘要:
[摘要]特应性皮炎复发率高，累及面部、四肢等多个部位，对患者身心造成伤害。传统的内服、外用抗生素已经导致了细菌耐
药，因此，近年来新出现了一种特应性皮炎的辅助治疗方法—漂白剂泡浴，本文综述了近年来漂白剂泡浴治疗特应性皮炎的临床
研究成果及其机制，并介绍了其相关衍生产品，及其在面部损容性特应性皮炎中的应用价值。期待未来有更高证据价值的研究出
现，并制定出漂白剂泡浴及相关衍生产品的更加合理的实施方案，联合特应性皮炎主要治疗方法，在其治疗中取得更好疗效。

Abstract:
Abstract: Atopic dermatitis(AD), a disease with high recurrence rate, which usually affects face, limbs and other parts of
body, is harmful to personal psychological and physical health. As common therapies of AD, oral and topical antibiotics has
led to drug-resistant bacteria, therefore a new adjuvant therapy—bleach baths emerges. The thesis reviewed the researches on
the bleach baths in the treatment of AD and its mechanisms, besides the derivative products of bleach baths and the value in
discosmetic AD of these products are introduced. New researches of bleach baths with more evidentiary value are expected to
explicit the efficacy and its best practice to improve the clinical efficacy with the main therapy of AD.
