摘要:
[摘要]报道一例经过光动力治疗后面部皮损得到明显改善的颜面播散性粟粒性狼疮案例。患者,女,51岁,主因面部红斑、
丘疹前来就诊,行病理检查提示:颜面播散性粟粒性狼疮,经过系统性治疗后效果不明显,尝试采用针刺配合光动力治疗
后,患者面部皮损得到明显改善,术后未出现面部瘢痕。

Abstract:
Abstract: A case report of lupus miliaris disseminatus faciei with signifi cantly improved after photodynamic therapy. Patient,
female, 51 years old, who was mainly seen in our department due to facial erythema and papule. Pathological examination
hints: lupus miliaris disseminatus faciei. The effect is not obvious after systemic treatment. After trying photodynamic therapy,
the patient’s facial skin lesions was Signifi cant improvement, no scars after treatment.
