[摘要]目的：观察姜黄消痤搽剂联合红蓝光治疗寻常痤疮的疗效。方法：选取2017年6月-2018年6月于笔者医院皮肤科就诊
的92例寻常痤疮患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组46例。两组均予以红蓝光治疗，观察组在此基础上予以姜黄消痤搽
剂涂抹，两组患者均治疗4周。比较两组治疗后临床疗效和痊愈患者复发情况，治疗前后的症状评价及痤疮丙酸杆菌培养计
数。结果：观察组总有效率显著高于对照组（97.83% vs. 84.78%，P ＜0.05）。观察组30例痊愈患者复发率为23.33%，对照
组15例痊愈患者复发率为53.33%，观察组显著低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者皮损积分、证候积分、总积分较
治疗前均降低，观察组低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；治疗后与治疗前相比，两组痤疮丙酸杆菌培养计数分布“4+”级别的患者
占比均减少，“-”级别患者增加（P ＜0.05）；两组治疗后比较，观察组“3+”患者占比较对照组少，“-”患者较对照组
多（P ＜0.05）。结论：姜黄消痤搽剂联合红蓝光治疗寻常痤疮的效果更为显著，通过抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌的生长从而有效改
善痤疮症状，降低复发率，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To observed the effect of Janghuang Xiaocuo liniment combined with red and blue light on acne vulgaris.
Methods Between June 2017 and June 2018, 92 patients with acne vulgaris who were treated in the dermatology department of
our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 46 cases in each group
by computer generated random numbers. Both groups of patients were treated with red and blue light, and the observation
group was coated with Janghuang Xiaocuo liniment on this basis. Both groups of patients were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical
efficacy and relapse of cured patients after treatment,symptom evaluation, and propionibacterium acnes culture count before
and after treatmentwere compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher
than that in the control group (97.83% vs. 84.78%, P ＜0.05). The recurrence rate of 30 cured patients in the observation group
was 23.33%, and that of 15 cured patients in the control group was 53.33%, which was significantly lower in the observation
group than that in the control group (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the scores of skin lesions, syndromes and total scores in the two
groups were lower than before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P ＜0.05).
After treatment,compared with before treatment, the proportion of patients with "4+" level of propionibacterium acnes culture
count distribution in both groups decreased, and patients with "-"level increased (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the number of "3+"
patients in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the number of "-"patients was more than that in
the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Janghuang Xiaocuo liniment combined with red and blue light is more effective in
the treatment of acne vulgaris. It can effectively improve acne symptoms and reduce recurrence rate by inhibiting the growth of
Propionibacterium acnes, which is worthy of clinical application.
