[摘要]目的：探讨在青少年正畸治疗中应用磷硅酸钙钠凝胶制剂的临床效果。方法：选取2017年5月-2019年8月在笔者医院
接受正畸治疗的青少年患者78例，根据随机数字表法以及患者自愿原则，将其分为对照组（41例）和研究组（37例），其
中对照组给予GC护牙素，研究组在其基础上应用磷硅酸钙钠凝胶制剂。比较两组患者牙釉质脱矿指数（EDI）、菌斑指数
（PLI）和脱矿发生率，并评估患者生活质量。结果：治疗后1个月，两组患者EDI、PLI值比较无显著差异（P ＞0.05），治
疗后6个月、12个月，研究组EDI、PLI值显著低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；治疗后1个月，两组患者脱矿发生率比较无显著差异
（P＞0.05），治疗后6个月、12个月，研究组脱矿发生率显著低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；研究组患者口腔健康、自我形象
和社会-情感健康分值显著高于对照组（P ＜0.05），两组功能健康和学校环境分值比较无显著差异（P ＞0.05）。结论：
硅酸钙钠凝胶制剂可较好地抑制青少年正畸治疗患者牙釉质脱矿，促进再矿化的发生，同时有利于维持良好的口腔卫生，
提高其生活质量。

Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effects of calcium sodium phosphosilicate gel preparation in orthodontic treatment
of adolescents. Methods Seventy-eight adolescents who underwent orthodontic treatment in the hospital from May 2017
to August 2019 were enrolled. They were divided into control group (41 cases) and study group (37 cases) according to the
random number table method and patient voluntary principle. The control group received treatment with GC tooth mouse, while
the study group received treatment with calcium sodium phosphosilicate gel preparation based on the treatment of the control
group. The enamel demineralization index (EDI), plaque index (PLI) and incidence of demineralization in the two groups were
compared, and patients’ quality of life was assessed. Results One month after treatment, there were no significant differences
in EDI and PLI between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Six and 12 months after treatment, EDI and PLI in the study group were
significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜0.05). One month after treatment, there was no significant difference
in the incidence of demineralization between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Six and 12 months after treatment, the incidence of
demineralization in study group was significantly lower than that in control group (P ＜0.05). The scores for oral health, selfimage
and social-emotional health of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P ＜0.05), but
there were no significant differences in scores for functional health and school environment between the two groups (P ＞0.05).
Conclusion Calcium sodium phosphosilicate gel preparation can better inhibit demineralization in adolescents undergoing
orthodontic treatment, and promote the occurrence of re-mineralization. Meanwhile, it can help the patients maintain good oral
hygiene and improve their quality of life.
