[摘要]目的：分析夫西地酸乳膏联合盐酸米诺环素胶囊治疗重度痤疮患者的临床疗效及对炎性因子和美观满意度的影响。
方法：回顾性分析2018年1月-2020年2月笔者医院收治的97例重度痤疮患者为研究对象，按照治疗方式的差异分为A组
（n =35）、B组（n =32）及C组（n =30），A组给予夫西地酸乳膏联合盐酸米诺环素胶囊治疗，B组仅给予盐酸米诺环素治
疗，C组仅外用夫西地酸乳膏治疗。比较三组临床疗效、治疗前后炎性因子[白介素-17（Interleukin 17，IL-17）、白介
素-18（Interleukin 18，IL-18）及重组人干扰素-γ（Human recombinant interferon - γ，INF-γ）]、满意度（NRS评
分）、痤疮评分（Global acne grading system，GAGS）及安全性。结果：A组总有效率（91.43%）高于B（71.88%）和C组
（76.67%）（P ＜0.05）；治疗后，A组IL-17、IL-18均较治疗前及B、C组低，INF-γ较治疗前及B、C组高（P ＜0.05）；治
疗后，A组美观、整体满意度较B、C组高，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），治疗1周、治疗8周后，A组痤疮GAGS评分较B、C
组低，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），三组治疗前痤疮GAGS评分比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；A组不良反应发生率
（8.57%），与B组（12.50%）、C组（13.33%）比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：夫西地酸联合盐酸米诺环素治
疗重度痤疮疗效佳，可显著改善患者炎症因子水平，促进皮疹好转，提高美观满意度，且安全性较高，值得临床推广。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of fusidic acid cream combined with minocycline hydrochloride capsules in the
treatment of patients with severe acne on clinical efficacy, inflammatory factors and satisfaction aesthetic. Methods The clinical
data of 67 patients with severe acne admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.
They were divided into a study group (n =35) and a control group (n =32) according to the differences in treatment methods.
The study group was treated with fusidic acid cream combined with minocycline hydrochloride capsules, while the control
group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride only. The clinical efficacy, inflammatory factors before and after treatment
[Interleukin-17 ( IL-17), interleukin-18 (IL-18), and Human recombinant interferon-γ(INF-γ)], satisfaction (NRS score),Global
acne grading system ( GAGS) and safety were compared. Results The total effective rate in the study group (91.43%) was
higher than that in the control group (71.88%) (P ＜0.05). After treatment, IL-17 and IL-18 in the observation group were lower
than those before treatment and than those in the control group, and INF-γ was higher than that before treatment and than that in
the control group (P ＜0.05). The beauty and overall satisfaction of the combined group after treatment were higher than those of
the control group (P ＜0.05). After 1 week of treatment and 8 weeks of treatment, the GAGS score of acne was lower than that
of the control group (P ＜0.05), but there was no difference in the GAGS score of acne before treatment between the two groups
(P ＞0.05). There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions (8.57%) between the study group and the control group
(12.50%) (P ＞0.05). Conclusion Fusidic acid cream combined with minocycline hydrochloride capsules is effective in the
treatment of severe acne. It can significantly improve the level of inflammatory factors in patients, promote the improvement of
rash, improve aesthetic satisfaction, and has high safety. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
