摘要:
目的：探讨盐酸米诺环素联合布洛芬治疗慢性牙周炎（Chronic periodontitis,CP）的疗效。方法：选取2020年2 月-2021年2月笔者医院收治的80例CP患者，根据治疗方案分为A组（n=40）和B组（n=40）。A组给予牙周机械治疗及盐酸米 诺环素治疗，B组在A组基础上联合布洛芬治疗。结果：治疗4周后，两组龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数、牙周袋深度、超敏C反 应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平均较治疗前降低（P＜0.05），且B组各项指标均低于A组（P＜0.05）；两组活性氧（Reactive oxygen species,ROS）含量和丙二醛（Malondialdehyde,MDA）水平均较治疗前降低、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（Glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px）和超氧化物歧化酶（Superoxide dismutase,SOD）水平均较治疗前升高（P＜0.05），B组ROS和MDA水 平均低于A组、GSH-Px和SOD水平均高于A组（P＜0.05）；B组治疗总有效率高于A组（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应总发生率比 较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：盐酸米诺环素联合布洛芬能减轻CP患者炎症及促进牙周组织恢复，可较好地改 善患者牙周状况，有效降低龈沟液氧化应激指标水平，疗效良好。?/html>
Abstract:
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of minocycline hydrochloride combined with ibuprofen on chronic periodontitis (CP). Methods 80 CP patients admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected and divided into group A (n=40) and group B (n=40) according to the treatment plan. The group A was given periodontal mechanical treatment and minocycline hydrochloride treatment, while the group B was given ibuprofen treatment on the basis of the control group.The periodontal indexes, oxidative stress indexes of gingival crevicular fl uid and clinical effi cacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was observed and recorded. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the levels of sulcus bleeding index (SBI), plaque index (PLI), probing depth (PD), high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6) were lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05), and the levels of SBI, PLI, PD, hs-CRP and IL-6 in group B were lower than those in group A (P＜0.05). The content of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment, and the levels of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were higher increased compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05), and the levels of ROS and MDA in the group B were lower than those in the group A, and the levels of GSH-Px and SOD were higher than those in group A (P ＜0.05). The total eff ective rate of treatment in group B was higher than that in group A (P ＜0.05). There was no signifi cant diff erence in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride combined with ibuprofen can reduce infl ammation and promote periodontal tissue recovery in CP patients, improve the periodontal condition of patients, and eff ectively reduce the level of oxidative stress indicators in gingival crevicular fl uid, with good curative eff ect.
